TRUE FLEX FUEL FOR YOUR NC!
With the advent of EcuTek's new version of RaceRom, you can now have true FLEX FUEL for your NC, and our new Flex Fuel kit gives you all the required parts and pieces to install the kit on your car.
Why Flex Fuel? Well the answer is pretty simple; MORE POWER! Ethanol is very knock resistant, and allows you the ability to run much more ignition lead( as much as 10 deg!), this allows more cylinder pressure, which directly translates into more torque from your engine! And on boosted engines, ethanol is a gift from the Gods, allowing as much as 60-70 whp more output at the same boost levels with no knock!
1 Goal and Dynotronics as always, have developed a complete system that looks and feels like a factory install. No mickey mouse holes to drill, no fuel sensor hanging in mid air, no muss, no fuss installation. Best of all, the entire system is completely contained within the engine compartment for a simple, no wires through the firewall installation!
This kit is a simple to install system that works in harmony with the latest EcuTek RaceRom patch. Running this kit, and the EcuTek RaceRom patch with our tuning, will allow you to simply drive into the local gas station that carries E85, and add ethanol to your tank. The tuning will do the rest! From 0% e85 all the way up to 100%( which we don't suggest), the ECU, with the help of the RaceRom patch, will adjust for the correct ignition timing, fueling and manifold pressure( if boosted), giving you added power for your car!
Our kit is simple to install and comes with complete instructions, and all the hardware required.
Please note; Ethanol contains less energy per pound than gasoline, and will require larger injectors to get the correct balance. The kit comes with the injectors that work well with a normal atmospheric 2.0 engines. For 2.5 please select the option for 2.5 injectors. For turbocharged, or supercharged engines, both 2.0 or 2.5 please select the correct injector option.

If you are currently running oversized injectors, you may opt to work with them. We will need the EXACT specs, and part number for tuning. Please note that not all aftermarket injectors will work with this kit. Please consult our tech support for inqueries about your current set up.
If you are running normal atmospheric and 2.0, the stock fuel pump is quite happy with flex fuel.
If you are running any type of forced induction, or a high output 2.5, we recommend you replace the fuel pump with a higher output 340lph unit.
Flex Fuel kits require tuning with EcuTek using the latest version of RaceRom.
You must currently have an EcuTek license and hardware to use this kit.
