Dynotronics is now offering custom built 2.4 street and track engines with forger internals. This is a 94mm stroke Ford Ecoboost with a choice of cylinder bore size. These are completely custom built to order with your choice of camshaft, compression ratio, rod length and cylinder head options.
There is even and option for custom age 625+ head studs for the big boost folks
Low hour core engines are completely stripped, ultrasonic cleaned, inspected and assembled with high quality parts;
Esslinger or Molnar connecting rods with ARP fasteners
Esslinger or Diamond forged pistons
NPR or Total Seal rings
King Racing rod and main bearings
Fully balanced Ford crankshaft
ARP main, head,cam and balancer hardware (optional Custom age 625 head studs)
Melling oil pump
Cloyes timing set
Ford factory gaskets
Esslinger or SuperTech valve springs and retainers
Ford or SuperTech valves( on non Esslinger optional heads)
Brian Crower or Esslinger Sport Series camshafts ( your option)
Short Blocks are completely machined;
Align hone main saddles
Deck resurface to true
Cylinder bore to spec
Cylinder hone to fininsh
Cylinder heads are completely machined;
Deck surfaced to true
Camshaft bore inspected
New guides as required
New Ford valve stem seals
Pressure tested
Our 5 angle valve job, and hand lap
Rotating and reciprocating parts are fully balanced
Engine assemblies are then assembled, in house, to our specs, and broken in and tested on our engine dyno.
Street use engines come with a 12 month/12 thousand mile warranty.
There is a 450.00 core charge fully refundable for oil pan and valve cover assemblies.
Each engine is complete with a 1Goal 13 lb flywheel assembly
Each engine is provided complete with a build sheet and dyno sheet and comes with base tuning for the factory ECU( you must have the Ecutek hardware and license)
